Together with the Terms of Sale, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy, this Shipping & Return Policy (“Policy”) will govern your purchase of products sold on Site by Nine and Two BV (hereinafter "SEPI AGARI"). Upon purchase of a Product, you will be requested to confirm your purchase. At that time, the Policy will govern the relation between Buyer (“You”), and SEPI AGARI.

At SEPI AGARI, we provide free standard delivery on all orders placed within Europe which will be applied during checkout. Please note that there is a shipping fee applied on all orders placed outside of Europe which will be displayed during the checkout process. When placing an order, kindly ensure that the billing and shipping address information is correct before confirming your order and payment, as we cannot redirect shipments once dispatched. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bancontact & PayPal. Prior to dispatching your purchases, we may need to verify your details with your card issuer. Our team is dedicated to keeping any potential delays to a minimum. 

An order confirmation email with shipping details will be sent once your order has been processed, the track and trace link will enable you to follow your parcels progress and stay updated with the expected delivery date. Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. In case you are not at the indicated shipping address during delivery, our courier will notify you by e-mail and deliver your order to the nearest GLS ParcelShop (or ParcelLocker). If the package is not picked up within 9 days of the delivery to the nearest GLS ParcelShop (or ParcelLocker), it will be sent back to our warehouse and we will proceed immediately with the refund.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and provided for guidance purposes only. In certain areas, there may be limited delivery services available. While we strive to expedite the process, we cannot assume responsibility for delays resulting from remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. During peak sale and holiday periods, there may be prolonged delivery times due to the high volume of orders.

For security purposes, all online purchases from sepiagari.com require a signature upon delivery. Please keep in mind that our courier service is not a designated delivery service, and anyone present at the delivery address may sign for your package. We will not be held accountable for any lost or missing orders that have been signed for in a building, such as an office address, designated for delivery. Our courier service applies best efforts and with due care, however, minor damages to protective boxes may occur.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon entry into the country of destination, of which we are unaware.  SEPI AGARI cannot be held accountable for any of these customs duties or import taxes. It is incumbent upon you to contact your local authorities to apprise yourself of these fees and the respective values as they vary from country to country and will be your responsibility. Please note this also applies to shipments within Europe to the following countries: UK, Switzerland ,Norway & Turkey.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have a right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 24 hours after purchase by emailing your cancellation request to Info@sepiagari.com. If timely, we cancel your order and issue your refund.

The return policy at SEPI AGARI allows 14-days following order receipt date to request for a return or exchange from our customer service team. You can issue your return request via the Order Return Portal, which is available on the following link: https://sepiagari.montareturns.com/

Our Return Portal will enable you to log in your return, pay for the shipping costs and print the return label. Please see below an overview of the shipping costs per country that will be applied.

Once your ‘return authorization’ has been approved, you’ll need to ship your order to our return centre within 14-days from order receipt to claim your refund or exchange. Please note that packages without a return authorisation will not be accepted. Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender.

 

Any returned items will be returned at your own cost and liability. Returned items must comply with our return policy to guarantee that item(s) are returned in an acceptable, undamaged state. The item(s) must be sent back in their original condition, with all tags attached, in the original branded packaging provided and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping. Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Returns that are not timely, sent at receiver's expense or that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you, and/or a refund refused. Any import taxes or duties inbound or outbound relating to returned products are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded by SEPI AGARI.

After receipt and inspection of the order, upon compliant receive of a returned product, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed. Any refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs, clearance expenses, taxes, tariffs, and duties incurred by you will not be reimbursed or refunded. The foregoing also applies to collected at the nearest GLS ParcelShop (or ParcelLocker), within 9 days from the failed delivery attempt.

We will not accept any parcels returned as cash on delivery shipping, irrespective of the reason. The sender is responsible for the costs associated with the return of the product(s). Returned parcels for which the Customer's identification (surname, first name, address, and return code) is not possible shall be refused.
